HOW DO I REGISTER?

Below are step by step instructions to register for a session:

  1. From the listing of sessions, click the title or image for the session you would like to register for.

  2. To sign up, click the orange button labeled “Register For Free” or “Register & Pay.”

  3. On the next screen, you will provide the information we need to complete your registration. PLEASE NOTE: You will not be billed and will not be asked to enter any credit card for free sessions.

    1. Enter your email address and click CONTINUE.

    2. Enter your first name, last name and mailing address and click CONTINUE. If (and only if) you are registering for a session requiring payment, you will also need to enter your credit card information.

    3. Review the information and click PURCHASE.

why does the registration process say “payment” for a free session?

Because our website platform is primarily intended for selling products, it uses “payment” as the label for part of the registration process and requests a “billing address.” Unfortunately, we could not customize this language to be specific to free items. No payment is required for free sessions and you will not be billed.

can i register for multiple programs at the same time?

To register for multiple programs, please select and complete the registration for each program separately. Unfortunately, it is not possible to register for more than one program at the same time.

what happens after I register?

After you register you will receive two emails:

  • A standard “purchase confirmation” email. It will include an order number and a summary of your “purchase.”

  • A follow-up email providing the Zoom link for the specific session you signed up for and further information which may be helpful.

A link to an information page about each session, including the Zoom link, is provided in the follow-up email.
