Esperienza Tour Programs: Terms & Conditions
The terms and conditions listed below apply to you and your participation in the Esperienza Tour Program. These terms and conditions also apply to the participation by you and any third party who is your guest in the Esperienza Tour program.
Payment Schedule:
Deposit: Due at the time you make your reservation
Final Payment: Due 90 days prior to the trip’s start date
Cancellations and Refunds:
If you wish to cancel your travel, Esperienza offers the option of refunding a portion of your payment(s) or transferring the payment(s) to future travel with Esperienza, according to the date ranges below.
2025 Programs:
For deposits made more than 90 days from the start of the program, 100% is transferable, 90% is refundable.
For final payments made 31-90 days from the start of the program, 90% is transferable, 80% is refundable.
For final payments made 17-30 days from the start of the program, 70% is transferable, 60% is refundable.
No refunds or transfers will be available if a cancellation request is received less than 16 days before the start of the program.
if Esperienza needs to postpone or cancel a trip, 100% of your funds will be available for transfer to a future trip.
2026 Programs:
More than 120 days until start of program: 100% of payment is transferable, 70% refundable
120 - 45 days until start… 70% of payment is transferable, 50% refundable
No refunds or transfers will be available if a cancellation request is received less than 45 days before the start of the program.
If Esperienza needs to postpone or cancel a trip, 100% of your funds will be available for transfer to a future trip.
PLEASE NOTE: Cancellations require that a written request is received in the timeframe outlined above. All qualified refunds will be made within 30 days from the receipt date of the written cancellation request. All transferred funds for programs taking place in a given calendar must be used no later than the end of the following calendar year.
Changes to Programs or Program Delivery
Program details are subject to change. Due to circumstances outside of Esperienza’s control, specific activities and locations mentioned in the itinerary are subject to change.
Please note that each tour requires a minimum number of travelers. When we have met that number, you will receive a tour confirmation email from us. We recommend that you do not book your flights until you receive the tour confirmation email.
Customer Responsibilities
Below are additional terms related to the purchase of Esperienza Tour Programs.
You are responsible for safeguarding your personal possessions, documents, money, travel tickets and property when traveling.
You are responsible to have adequate health insurance coverage while traveling and for any medical expenses incurred on your behalf by Esperienza.
